Our applications are processed through Penbay Property Management, LLC, located in Bucksport, Maine. To apply for a lot, fill out the application, along with a non-refundable check of $175.00 written out to Penbay Property Management, LLC.

Once your application and application fee are received, the review process takes two business days.
